Things with keith and I have been going good. florida, however, is boring. After a while, there really isn’t that much to do, especially in this hick town that I’m in and without my friends. I’ve made friends here but they’re not the same. They’re more like 21-24 yr olds who you might mistake for being 35-40. My job is a joke, too. It took about 5 weeks from the day they told me “we want YOU! go take a drug test”, and two drug tests later (they “lost” the first set of results) to get an orientation date, then 2 more weeks from there to have orientation, and now I’m in training in a hidden room on a vacant 2nd floor by myself where nobody knows I’m coming or going and nobody is there to monitor or help me in my training which is weird. They also told me I don’t have a training schedule so I can come and go when I want and there’s no deadline to finish training by which is also weird. In other words, I hate the job. Also there’s this couple we hang out with all the time Matt and Amy and they fight constantly and then every weekend when we see them, it’s a fight, then them venting to us about it and they each need to break up like 2 months ago. Matt’s a cool friend but an asshole to her and saturday he straight up told her he doesnt have sex with her anymore because she gained “like 40 pounds and is a tank now” and today’s their anniversary a day later and they’re all “happy anniversary to the love of my lifeeeee”. BREAK THE FUCK UP. I’m basically done hanging out with them as a couple from here on out. Now I know how my friends felt about things with keith and I and I’m SORRY. this position sucks ass. done venting.
